Programs
At Speed Aquatics, we offer a progressive, year-round swim program designed for athletes ages 5–18, from beginners to advanced swimmers. Our structured levels ensure that every athlete builds a strong foundation and grows at their own pace in a positive, disciplined environment. At every level, our goal is to foster a love for swimming while encouraging personal growth, confidence, and team spirit. Evaluations are required before placement to ensure swimmers are in the group that best matches their abilities.

Introduction to Swimming
Perfect for young beginners. Swimmers learn water safety, body positioning, floating, kicking, and basic strokes in a small group setting.

Foundations of Technique
Focused on building confidence and improving freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke fundamentals. Swimmers begin to learn practice habits and lane etiquette.

Stroke Development
Athletes refine all four strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly) and begin working on turns, starts, and endurance in preparation for higher training levels.

Training and Racing Skills
Designed for swimmers ready to train more competitively. Emphasis is placed on stroke efficiency, race strategy, and aerobic conditioning while maintaining strong technique.

Advanced level for swimmers preparing for competitive swimming and USA Swimming meets. Athletes focus on race preparation, pacing, advanced skills, and mental toughness.
